Hello,

I was impressed by, my broker, Creative Rides Auto Transport's willingness to help me transport my car. There were delays but eventually Ron said that they would go ahead and use all the money of the quoted cost of transport to get my car transported the next day or so. They sacrificed getting a cut of the quoted cost in order to serve their customer. I appreciate their good business ethics, and I hope they will be blessed for it with more customers. That is why I write this review. My thanks also to Jim Yates of D.J. Auto Carrier L.L.C. for delivering my car just fine.

I give 4 out of 5 stars only because the delays were longer than I was initially told they might be (two weeks vs. one week to get a driver).

Also, to be fair, at the two week mark, I had sent them an email saying that I hoped they could find a driver soon or else I'd have to use another company. My tone was just plain, not angry or threatening. That's when Ron came in and made things happen. Thank you. I don't like to be cynical, as you can tell. My schedule was flexible enough for this, so it all worked out in the end. I would use them again, I trust them.
