When we first went looking for quotes to ship our car from the east coast to the west coast we were overwhelmed by contacts from close to 20 brokers. Some were so obnoxious on the phone that we would never do business with them. Others, had mixed reviews and/or terrible BBB ratings.
I advise anyone shipping a car to check this site and also the BBB. Don't just look at the number of stars but also read the reviews. If any of the reviews sound bad then choose someone else despite the rating.
We chose Creative because they had good reviews here AND also an absence of complaints at the BBB. They also quoted us as one of the lowest prices of all 20 or so that we received. Within a day of selecting them they were able to hook us up with a carrier at the price they quoted. From that point on we were on our own to deal with the carrier in terms of finding out exactly when the car was going to be picked up to arranging for its delivery at the appropriate time. None of this turned out to be hard or stressful and the car arrived in the same condition that it left.
Overall I would say that Creative is a reliable company and can be trusted. They certainly present themselves professionally much more so than many that tried to get our business. More importantly they did deliver on their commitment to get our car picked up, transported, and delivered reasonably on time. So, bottom line - I would recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
My advice for anyone shipping a car is to sort out the quotes from low price to high price and then check out the candidate lower-quote brokers carefully. If they have poor BBB ratings forget them. If there are too many negative reviews forget them despite their rating. If someone wrote a rip-off report cross them off your list. That's the process we followed with Creative and the strategy worked. We found an honest broker who delivered on their word.
