Carrier was supposed to drop off my cars (2 of them) at my inlaws sometime on Friday. They got stuck in a snowstorm and were delayed, but didn't do a good job of informing my family, who was waiting at home for them to show up, as they initially said they would get there at 9AM Friday.
I think initial dropoff date was Thursday, but not positive.
For whatever reason, they actually skipped our dropoff and headed north, getting into another snowstorm and getting delayed. Again, didn't inform family who is still waiting and wondering.
Finally dropped it off early Sat afternoon.
Understandable that they were delayed due to snow, but were they so busy sitting in traffic (allegedly 6 miles in 3 hours) that they couldn't update my family? The cars did make it on time but I was annoyed at their lack of courtesy.
