I gave Creative Rides 9 or 10 days lead time for my move. They assured me numerous times there would be no problem locating a driver. I explained that I had booked flights for my son and me to fly from WA to CA to meet the trucker and deliver the car to him, and that I was depending on them to come through. I worked with a guy named Ray, who was not helpful at all. I called him a few days after placing the order and he said that he had been on vacation, but not to worry. I ultimatelly gave up on him and asked to speak directly with the dispatcher. Ron was a nice guy and all, but the bottom line was that I was left high and dry. I ate the $100 airline rebooking fee and here I am again trying to locate a carrier that can actually deliver at a reasonable cost.

Oh also, I left 3 voice mails throughout the process - not one of them was returned. I had to call back.

A carrier was assigned on time (2 days from booking) for pick up during the following weekend. During the weekend the carrier's truck broke down. Our office is closed on Sunday so we were notified on Monday. While we tried to assigned a second carrier the customer cancelled his service with us on the same Monday.
