I was contacted by Rick Taylor from Crest after submitting request to transport a car to Florida.
He was nice and friendly , Quoted me a price of $425.00 to ship car. As a broker he took $175.00 which he wanted a check for . We did the order over the phone, he sent me "DOC SIGN" email to confirm the contract.
he said i will pay the driver the difference $250.00 when he arrived.
Driver shows up and want $600.00. Showed him the paper I have. and he just shock his head.
Drivers called Al the dispatcher, I spoke to MR. Wonderful and he said this was only a quote, not binding agreement. I paid the driver $600 , cause did not feel like dickin around with this.
BAIT AND SWITCH.
When I call back to talk the Rick Taylor , he just happened to be not available every time I called.
I think Rick and Al are the same guy.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE
btw. the driver was very nice, called me to keep in informed.
Karma has a way following the dishonest people.
