The vehicle I purchased was through eBay, they had shipping choices available however they were too expensive. There was one quote through eBay that appeared to be the lowest, but it ended up being a bidding site whereas you enter the information and transportation brokers send you quotes. The name of it was UShip and all the quotes from them were way too high, I would not recommend trusting their low estimated price offered which was not even close to the bids I received. After receiving many bids from various transportation companies I narrowed it down to Crestline Auto Transport. Tony was upfront and very helpful on what to watch out for when transporting a vehicle. Alan was in contact with me once the vehicle was picked up and provided cell phone numbers for the dispatcher and truck driver. There are many promises made within the industry that are not followed through with, including the cost of transportation increasing once you provide them with a deposit. Tony and Alan only requested a deposit once the truck was at the pickup point, this insured my vehicle was being picked up on time and that the fees would not increase due to various excuses within the industry. The dispatcher was in contact with me to let me know the time I should expect delivery of my vehicle, which was right on. Alan was in touch with me to make sure everything went well and followed up after the vehicle was delivered. I was very pleased to have selected Crestline Auto Transport as my carrier and will use them again in the future.
