I had a Mercedes Benz GL 450 picked up in Dallas and delivered to North Carolina. The transporting rig had unexpected mechanical difficuties along the way, delaying the delivery. However, I was kept "in the loop" about the repair times, etc. and the driver did his utmost best to deliver the vehicle as quickly as possible. Understanding that sometimes "things happen", I thought the company and the driver did their very best under trying circumstances. Despite the slight delay (a single day), I would absolutely use Crestline again - their customer service was outstanding.
