After hearing bad stories about car transporters, and before being deluged by calls from salesman, I got a phone response from Kathy at Crib to Crib. She was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable.
When it was time to ship, she set up the process, was available by phone for all kinds of questions - big and minor - and got us a transporter on time at one of the busiest times of the year for transporters.
Pick up was on time, delivery was a day earlier than scheduled. Car was locked the entire trip, and came through without any new marks or dings from having been on the road for 3,000 miles.
I would go with this company every time, no question.
