NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Wish I had found this site before contracting with this company...many others with the same experience as us. Beth Feldman is a liar who will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you to sign the contract...then Natalie does the "good cop/bad cop" routine saying she is trying to "fix" the problem. We needed out car transported ASAP, and of course were promised just that. Then they couldn't follow thru, and would not accept our cancellation so we could find a company that could do it ASAP. Our "estimated" pickup day was 2/11-2/15, we were not contacted by a carrier until 2/19 and the car was already sitting in our driveway!!! These SCAMMERS refused to refund our $200.00 deposit money!!!!

Always search for reviews befor dealing with online companies. We learned our lesson the hard way. Still trying to dispute the $200.00, and will not give up. Their comment that only a small percentage of customers leave negative reviews is misleading...where are all of the glowing ones? Not to be found.

My name is Natalie and I am the supervisor and I have advised Mark Henson that the agreed terms were 7 business days from the move date of Feb11-Feb14 he got picked up 3 days after his estimated dates due to the trucker having problems with his breaks and if mark wants to punish us with negative feedback because we don't want to take a chance with g-d forbid the truck not stopping or cars getting damaged or something happing to the driver then so be it I rather the driver be on a day or two delay bit the cars will arrive the way they were brought on.
