customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!

Last week I was quoted a price of $1050 to transport my yukon denali from CA to TN. The quote over the phone assured me that this is a fixed rate with all the so called gas rates being locked. This is clearly the companys main selling point!!! When the receipt for signature was emailed to me it had all sorts of BS clauses. At that point I called Beth back and was fully assured that this is a DOT mandated statement and was fully assured that the company would pay any fees if this happened. Being the typical Army guy that I am, I wanted this in writing. After a week of emails and voicemails, I still have no document stating anything, however the company immediately yanked the $150 reservation fee from my bank account. I am scheduled to move in 28 days and dont know if I may have to fly back to california to drive my yukon back. I dont know what kind of custumer service department this company has, but your dealing with the wrong guy. The BBB and all military service scam notification websites will be my next step. If I would have seen all the horrible comments on this page I would have scheduled a crack head to drive my truck to TN. Thanks for the customer service....Your NUMBER 1 in my book

Sir that information is false Beth never told you that the company would pay for any charges of fuel that may have been added it doesnt happen ofen but look at the gas prices we are not lieing and plus your not paying the extra money to us your are paying it to the driver! We are just letting you know on their behalf.And all our bad reviews sir we transport over 300,000 a year a couple of bad reviews is really not that bad.Sorry you feel the way you do we do have a signed contract that you signed and agreed to
