I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT MY TRUCK FROM CA TO MD. BETH PROMISED EVERYTHING AND CALLED BACK NUMBERS OF TIMES WITH NEW THINGS COMING UP AND MORE PROMISES. I TOLD HER I NEED MY TRUCK PICKED UP NO LATER THEN 03/14/2008 SHE PROMISED IT WOOULD THAT SHE HAD A COMPANY WAITING AND READY. SO ON 03/12/2008 SHE SENT ME A CONTRACT TO SIGN OVER THE WEB. I DID AND ON 03/14/2008 NO DRIVER HAD CALLED OR ANYTHING. SO I CALLED THEM BETH TOLD ME IT WOULD BE PICKED UP ON MONDAY 03/17/2008 I TOLD THEM IF ITS NOT I WISH TO CANCEL AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I WAS TOLD I WILL BE PICKED UP ON MONDAY. SO ON MONDAY I STILL DIDNT HEAR FROM ANYONE. I CALLED AGAIN AND A MISTY CUMMINGS TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE TO GET IT PICKED UP BY 03/17/2008 THAT IF I READ THE CONTRACT THEY HAVE UNTILL 03/21/2008 SO I GOT MAD AND SAID WHAT HAPPEN TO ALL THE PROMISES BETH MADE ABOUT 03/14/2008 AND THEN 03/17/2008 WELL SHE WASNT GOING TO HEAR THAT FOR SHE HAS UNTILL 03/21/2008 AND THATS THAT. I TOLD HER IM CANCELING AND SHE SAID YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. SO THEY DID NOTHING BUT LIE SO I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE CHARGE AND CROSS COUNTRY GOT THERE MONEY BACK WHEN THEY DID NOT A THING FOR ME BUT LIE AND PROMISE. SO PLEASE DONT GET SUCKERED LIKE I DID PLEASE DONT DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN AND WHEN THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. THEY DID HAVE SOME COMPANY CALL TO PICK UP MY TRUCK ON 03/22/2008 NOT ON THE 03/14/2008 PROMISED. I CALLED A DIFFERENT COMPANY ON 03/15/2008 AND IT WAS ON THE CARRIER AND ON IT WAY HERE ON 03/16/2008 NOW THAT WAS SERVICE. SO YOU HAVE AN EXTRA COUPLE HUNDRED AND YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND PROMISE BROKEN THEN THIS IS YOUR COMPANY. IF YOU DONT LISTEN AND YOU GO WITH THEM MAKE SURE YOU READ THERE PAPER WORK AND DO NOT TAKE WHAT THEY SAY AS A PERSONAL CONTRACT. PLEASE BE CAREFULL I WISH I WOULD HAVE IM TO TRUSTING BY PEOPLES WORDS. THANKS FOR READING

That is not true the consumer had the estimated dates open until the March the 17th and we had a truck on the 20th there. We explained to the consumer that the truck was having problems and the actual hauler called him and told him he is running behind and that he was sorry. We didn’t make the customer wait a long time 3 days delay happens sometimes in this kind of business, we did apologize and we will do it again We are sorry for the delay.
