That is not true the consumer had the estimated dates open until the March the 17th and we had a truck on the 20th there. We explained to the consumer that the truck was having problems and the actual hauler called him and told him he is running behind and that he was sorry. We didn’t make the customer wait a long time 3 days delay happens sometimes in this kind of business, we did apologize and we will do it again
