This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. They didn't return phone calls or give me accurate information. Most of the time I could not even get a hold of anyone on the phone, and when I did they would transfer me to a voice mail. Absolutely horrible company, do yourselves a favor and stay away from them.
