Scheduled this pick up the beginning of June to be done by the 26th of June. Called many times. Customer service never got back to us. Was told that truck was leaving Portland Oregon for Eugene Oregon at 5:00 on the 26th (about a two hour trip). Driver contacted son at 1:00 a.m. to meet him (he was asleep - did not hear phone.) Driver went back to Portland. Son was leaving Eugene the morning of the 27th. No way he could meet truck. Staff was very nasty. Would not recommend this company.
