I came on this website (thankfully!) before I went through with shipping my car with Cross Country, however I had already paid a fee with Tom Henderson for 250.00 to "hold" my reservation. Because I cancelled and caught the situaiton early on, I was able to get a refund...but not from Cross Country. I had to go through my credit card and file a dispute to get my money back. No one ever called me back from the service department after I left them a message. Tom got very defensive when I called to cancel my reservation. I would not use this company and I warn anyone who does to be prepared!!

We move a high volume of vehicles each month and we do the best to make sure all our customers are satisfied with our services. Our customer service department receives many calls each day and will get back to the customers by the end of that same day. Cross Country increases our cliental about 15% or more a year which makes us one of the biggest auto transport company
