There was a delay at the beginning of the transaction in getting the car picked up. It was picked up after the promised window of time. Once I was able to reach someone at the company (I called as if starting a new order), the situation was resolved almost immediately. The car was picked up within two days. Transport and delivery went smoothly and on-time. We would use this company again.
