As a military member I depended on this company to ship my vehicle during a change of ýýduty station.ý
ý- Original price according to a binding, signed contract $975ý
ý Price paid to recover my car $1075ý
ý- Their customer service was horrible, their employees disrespectful.ý
ý- The car was picked up late, delivered late, and turned over in a filthy condition with the ýýonboard computer damaged. ý
ý- The $50 credit that was offered by employee (Tiffany) for picking up the car late was ýýnever honored.ý
ý- I had to pay the truck driver $100 more than what was stated in the contract or else I ýýcould nor recover my car.ý
ý- It was impossible to get any type of helpful, timely customer service.ý
ý- An employee of the company even resorted to giving a fake name as a way to prevent ýýme from recuperating my money and/or filing a complaint. ý
ý- Emails, messages, voice mails never returned. Employees lied to me about deadlines, ýand returning my phone calls.ý
ý- Employees document phone calls with customers but refuse to act on complains or act ýon requests. ý

As a customer I suffered:ý
ý- financial damage (An over payment of $100 and the denial of a $50 credit)ý
ý- I spent countless hour trying to get someone to help over the phone.ý
ý- I experienced a genuine desire by the employees to not help anyone. ý
ý-In order to avoid greater stress and waste more time, I just paid for repairs myself. ý

I feel hurt, angry, and completely offended by their incredible desire to just take people's ýýmoney.ý

In regards to Mr. Orellana complaint, I would like to apologize on behalf of our company for the way Mr. Orellana feels. Mr.Orellana did contract with us on 9/26/2005, to have his vehicle picked up on an estimated pick up date of 11-1, or 11-2. These dates like I said are estimated. We can NEVER guarantee a pick up, delivery, or transit time. We do our best to keep customers informed of any changes. Now Mr. Orellana did contract with us for the cost of $975 dollars, and did end up paying $1,075. The additional amount of money added on to his cost was for fuel. These drivers that are hired to pick up vehicles are all independent, and have the right if need be to add on a fuel surcharge. I can understand the frustration, and again apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
