I recently did a vehicle transport from Honolulu , Hi to Newbern, Al. I contacted several transport companies before eventually settle ling on Cross Country. Their prices were competitive and fair. My auto transport went extremely well. My car arrived on time without any incidents. Everyone from the driver to my customer service agent was very helpful with any questions that I had. Alex Whitaker, my customer agent kept me informed every step of the way. He returned all of my phone calls in a timely manner and kept in touch through out the transport. When rating my satisfaction with him on a scale of one to ten I would have to give him a ten. My experience with Cross Country was definitely a wonderful one. I would recommend that anyone looking to transport their vehicle check with them first. I am quite sure that they can provide the customer service satisfaction that a lot of companies are lacking.
