I had a horrible experience in the past with another auto transport comany. This was the first time I used cross country auto. My salesperson gave me a two day window to have my car picked up. When I recieved a call from nicole in customer service stating that they would be a couple of days late because the the truck broke down I wanted to cancel becuase this was the same stuff that I was told from other car transporters in the past. But I appreciated them being proactive and calling me. I recieved a call two days later and my car was picked up and tranported promptly. I even recieved a call from nicole letting me know the day my car was being delivered. I would recommend cross country auto to other people. And I would use them again.
