HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This company was the worst! The salesman was very charming and "knowledgeable" when I placed the order- very confident, assured... but then I never heard from them again! My pick-up date came and went. My repeated calls to them went unanswered and when I did get through to someone I was put on hold indefinitely or completely cut off. My emails went unanswered as well. Their customer service was non-existent. The one time I did get through to the dispatch operator, Ralp, I was told there was a delay and I would receiev a call within the next week for a pick-up date. Again- never heard from them again. I am now having my credit card company handle the issue of getting my deposit back. Never use them again adn it is my mission to inform the rest of the public.
