I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional. We placed an order to move our family van from CA to MA and was promised by sales person that the van would "absolutely be there on time" to drive home from airport. Five days after promised pick-up date the company was avoiding all my calls (they have caller id we found out). After giving us a total quote of $850 and absolute promise to deliver, the customer service department told us that we would need to pay more since they were having trouble getting drivers to pick up in lower CA. We said, "No, we want you to honor what you promised." At this point they said that they would give us our deposit back. We were promised the world during quote time and afterwards, they couldn't avoid our calls more. What kind of company acts like this??? It's so unprofessional and shocking that when it came down to it, avoidance was their course of action. Sad, sad, company...
