TERRIBLE SERVICE AND LIARS

I took a new job in December which meant my wife and I would be moving from NJ to Seattle. I contacted Cross Country to handle the shipping of my two cars out to our new location. Both cars were scheduled to be picked up on December 28th, and when only one was picked up, I should have immediately known that this company was the wrong choice.

After several phone calls, I finally got them to pick up my second car two days later on the 30th. Our agreement was that both cars would be devliered to Seattle on January 5th. Well, once both cars were not picked up on time, I knew the date would change. So I asked Ralph to confirm when the cars would arrive and he assured me that my first car would arrive on January 8th and the second on January 11th. Taking that new information, we paid out of our own pockets to switch our flights to arrive three days later because I had to have a care in order to go to work.

Obviously, both cars did not arrive till January 16th, which forced me to pay for a rental out of my own pocket.

After I received both cars and paid FULL PRICE, I sent an email to the owner Peter. He immediately called me and expressed his concern and confirmed he would cover my rental expense of $500.00. Now, four months later and over 20 phone calls from me, not one single call back or any money. Do not make my mistake, use anyone else.
