They took our money and did NOTHING for us! We scheduled a pick up for transport from CA to TX. We scheduled the pick up and paid the deposit on August 8th. The pick up was to be by August 30th. We were moving and had to have the truck (a classic) out of our garage by our move-out day. This detail was repetedly stressed to the agent at Crossover. We called 7 days prior to August 30th to be sure that the truck would be picked up. We were told they were "working on it" and that they would get back to us. 3 days later when no one had called us we called again. Now we only had 4 days to have the truck picked up. Again, we were told they were "working on it". Called again 2 days later and go the same response. We asked if they could guarantee that the truck would be picked up on time and they said "no". We booked another company the same day and had the truck picked up. When we requested the deposit back for failure to deliver on a contract we were told that the deposit was non refundable. We plan on persuing legal action with the company.
