I was a novice when it came to using an auto mover, so I utilized the website that gave me Crossover Auto Movers. Their price for moving my Jeep was very reasonable, compared to most movers, and it seemed like everything was going smooth with paperwork and scheduling. They told me my vehicle would be picked up in 1 to 8 business days which I was fine with. At the end of the 8th business day I did not hear from Crossover Auto Movers, so I called to get the details. They did not have any pick up scheduled and wanted more money at that time! I cancelled their service the next day and have gone back and forth with them about the refund of my deposit. A month and a half later I am still fighting to get my refund and have started taking legal action against Crossover Auto Movers.
