I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS. I WISH THAT I HAD READ THIS REVIEW SECTION AN COULD SEE THE COMMENTS. IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY. THEY WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST COMPANY BUT SAID THEY COULD HAVE MY VEHICLE PICKED UP BETWEEN 1 AND 8 DAYS. After paying the deposit and 8 days had passed I called them and they said they would get back with me. No one ever returned my calls. I called late on a Friday and got the owner. What a total _ _ _! Rude as could be, whatever happened to customer service?? This guy has a chip on his shoulder. He pretty much called me a lier when I told him what Angle (customer rep.) had explained when the vehicle would be picked up) I then talked to her on the following monday and she acted like she had never spoke to me before. Then she wanted me to pay more money as now the gas prices have gone up. I agreed and she said the she could have a driver pick up the vehicle on Wednesday. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday passed and no phone call. Now 3 weeks have passed and my vehicle has still not picked up. I was getting a little frustrated and called back and said, look Monday is going to be 30 days and you have not gotten a driver to pick up the vehicle I need the vehicle and I am going to have to get another company to pick up the vehicle. So she just said oh your going to cancel. Like she was happy I am going to cancel. She said to send in my cancelation in writing to receive the deposit back. It has been almost 2 months and I have never received my deposit back. Now I have to go through the process with my bank to get the deposit back. They are probably hoping that I will just give up on the deposit. NOT A CHANCE.. THEY ARE A SCAM...THE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR FRAUD! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
