After many calls and e-mails from other companies, i had talked with the owner, James Randolph about his quote and operations. Upon reading the company's reviews, i had decided to work with Crossover Transportation. James Randolph assured me the quote was legit and there would be no hidden costs providing my info to him was accurate.... I spoke to him on Aug,19th and the deal was assigned to a driver that very day ( Almost closing time) again i was in no hurry to get this done as i had a 2 week window. James Randolph and my wife closed the deal near closing that day and the car was picked up that very next day. The driver was very considerate and very professional and stated the car would be delivered the same day from Atlanta,GA to the upper east Tennessee area and in 6 hours it arrived! No damage, no problems and i must say i would highly recommend Crossover Transportation to everyone i know and working with James is very simple and he is a stand up guy...
