Excellent transport experience. In the past, I have used transport companies referred to me by others, but James quoted more than $300 less than the company I used last time. He had great reviews here and was responsive and professional. I had a quote from another company with outstanding reviews for $100 more. That company priced my Subaru Outback as an SUV, James priced it as a car. He assured me he would have no trouble getting it picked up at that price and it was picked up the second day it was available. It was delivered in 3 days, I expected at least 4. The driver for the carrier was very responsive. He called the day before to make tentative plans, spoke again that evening to firm up plans, and he called me the next morning to let me know he was about a half hour late (not unexpectedly) because of DC traffic. My car was covered in diesel soot or dripped on by another car, but it washed up and looks just like it did before.
