My car was picked up the first day. The Driver was very nice and his truck was in great condition. The driver did ask that we pay $50 to him at pick up...which was brought to our attention prior to the car being picked up..and was taken off the balance. I would use them again..I am not sure why there are so many negative comments but I didn't experience this at all.
