This is my second time using Crossover Auto Transport, the first time was in 2006 and most recent was 10/08. Both deliveries were from the Chicago area to the Phoenix area. I was very surprised to see the negative reviews. All I can say is that the service that I received was excellent. From the Price Quote, to the pick-up and delivery time window which was selected and approved by me. My vehicle was delivered by Red Star Trucking, Inc., and the driver was in contact with me when he was within close proximity for delivery. The driver was courteous & efficient - having to unload 2 other cars to get to mine, then loading the 2 cars back onto the trailer and securing them. In talking to the driver, it had taken him longer than he had planned due to a dust storm and snow storm and stopped due to the road conditions and to protect the cars on the open carrier. To me it was well worth the wait and was still within the delivery time given. I don't have any more cars to be shipped but if I did, I would go thru Crossover Auto transport again. They always made my day with price and service.
