Crossover Auto Transport was Great!

I used Crossover Auto Transport to find a shipping company for my car. The vehicle was no operationable, and I got the one extra charge for it being no-op in the beginning (I have had other companies try to charge us twice for this!), so that was excellent. James gave me excellent customer service, he was a great guy to work with. The vehicle was picked up about 3 days after its available date (2 of those days were weekend days), and it was dropped off the next day, so what they told me were the actual dates, no other delays or excuses. The only thing that was a little iffy was when the driver dropped off the car he went off the trailer pretty fast and bottomed out the front bumper pretty bad (it was a '00 Toyota Celica so its pretty low to the ground), but it didn't appear to have any damage from it. So overall this was a great experience! I will use crossover in the future.
