Crossover Transport and James Randolph exceeded my expectations. I needed to have a car picked up by a certain date. While most transport companies said the pick up time window was 2 weeks or more and they couldn't guarantee that it would be done by a specific date, James told me it would be no problem and he delivered on that promise. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Even when the trucking company had trouble contacting the person at the pick up point (they weren't returning calls) James and the driver both worked above and beyond to get in touch with them and make it happen.
I originally selected Crossover Transport because they had an A+ rating from the BBB which means they had no complaints in the past 3 years. They were the only company I found with zero complaints. On top of that, they were far from the most expensive. The A+ rating is well deserved. I highly recommend them if you need a vehicle transported.
