I was a bit apprehensive about using a carrier for this car. This is the first time i have ever shipped a car, so was a bit tenative at first. James at Crossover was very helpful. Car was picked up as promised. Driver was actually early to the delivery point. Had to get someone to pick it up for me. Very happy with the whole process. Would definantly use Crossover again. The driver went out of his way to help my sister when she went to pick it up. Driver was really great. All in all i was extremely happy with the whole experience. Have my little Mini now and im happy....
