After initial contact everything went smoothly and professionaly. I was quoted a price, when I asked if there were any special allowances for veterans the reply was "let me see what I can do for you". What was done amounted to a Thirty Dollar adjustment. I was quite pleased.

I have to applaude Crossover's Owner/Mgt for his/their demeanor about a CC # that I had given in error. My vehicle had already been picked-up and was enroute by the time they were able to advise of my mistake. (I'm sure Crossover simply could have canceled the pick-up but took the extra time to clear up the matter.)

Instead of being obviously upset with me, the owner merely advised me of the error and we were able to rectify the mistake in short order. Respect and courtesy extended to the customer are high on my list when paying for a service. I am pleased to submit that I was afforded both. Not only by Crossover but by (Rich), the transport specialist as well!
