HUGE SCAM!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I found these guys through an internet site that provided me with 10 shipping quotes. They were more than eager to contact me until they had my money. After that, it was impossible to get them on the phone. First, they charged me $5 more than they said they would on the deposit and called it a service charge. No problem. Two weeks later I call to find out if they had scheduled a shipper and they started making all these excuses. After that I could never get them on the phone. It is obviously some home operation because I could hear babies crying in the background every time I called and the operator (Angel) seemed to be constantly scolding someone. When I tried to get in touch with them to cancel my contract a month later I could only get the answering machine....until I blocked my phone number. Then they answered and seemed shocked to actually have me on the phone. Angel turned me over to the owner who identified himself as James but would not provide a last name. He was disgustingly rude, said he would not refund my money and hung up on me. At that point I took it up with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!
