My son's truck broke down out of state and I went online to search for a way to get it back home. I got calls from several fast talking sales types before I was contacted by Crossroads. I was relieved to hear a very friendly representative from my home state who paid special attention to my situation. Dave gave me specific details on how we would get the truck picked up. Fortunately my insurance took car of a tow to the next city on the interstate and Crossroads took over from there. They got someone there in a day and the price was reasonable. The best part was how Crossroads took control of the situation by contacting the people at the business where our truck was waiting and coordinating a pickup.
