As this was my first time dealing with a transport company.. I was bombarded with phone calls and emails. I finally answered the phone when Michael called. He explained exactly how the industry worked, walked me through the process and finally set up my transport with no complications. 5 days later my car arrived at my door step, here in NY. Made my life that much easier..
I would highly recommend Crossroads.
