I worked with Andrew at Cruise Control Auto Transport to transport my car from NY to CO in a cross-country move. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions throughout the entire process. He proactively told me exactly what to expect and gave me advice as this was all new to me. Andrew was also incredibly forthcoming about those pieces of the process that he was not 100% sure about, which I so appreciated. All expectations set by Andrew were met. The car carrier picked-up and dropped-off the car on time and with no damage to the vehicle whatsoever. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Andrew and his partnered carrier. I will be sure to contact them again if I have future car transport needs!
