It is my first time to ship a vehicle across the US. So, I am not familiar with how the system works. I was searching for while for a company that satisfies three conditions: (1) Affordability; (2) great customer services; (3) has good reviews for the wholistic process of shipping. Although I received many responses to my initial request but I selected three companies that satisfied these conditions and negotiated with them. Finally, I settled with Crystal Car shipping and I am so happy that I did. My plan was to transport two vehicle one from Virginia to California and one from California to Virginia. I found that Crystal offers the best price and assurance of the shipping process. Both cars received at their destination earlier that planned and in excellent shape. I dealt with two people during this process: the driver Levan was so nice and quickly respond to all my message along the way of the shipping in both directions. He was very keen to respond to any message came his way and treated my cars very gently. Alison Thompson from the office helped me with all the information that I need, answered all my questions and respond to all messages so quickly even during the weekend and late at night. Additionally, when you talk to her you feel that your vehicle will be in good hands and that is exactly what happened in my case. She was on top of the process, she communicated with the driver and updated me on the status. I am not only satisficed with the cost and the shipping process, but I am surprised with the high level of customer service and the quick response from this company. They deal with you as a loyal customer that they don't want to loose you in the future. I raise my hat to Crystal. I highly recommend this company to all my friends.
