I highly recommend going with Crystal Car Shipping for their reliability and transparency. I've used other car shipping companies, but Crystal Car Shopping is professional and responsive at each step of the way. James of Crystal Car Shipping went above and beyond for us.
He answered all my questions and kept in contact with me via text, making the shipping process simple. Once I signed a contract, James found a transporter that same day without compromising the quoted price. After we discussed the car transporter and agreed to use it, James kept me updated with the transporter's information so that we were consistently on the same page. He explained the next steps so that we understood what would happen. After the car was delivered, James followed up with us to ensure that everything went smoothly. He went above and beyond what a transport company representative would do in order to make me feel like the car being shipped was in trusting hands.
