Worked with Vienna Thomas at Crystal Car Shipping for this endeavor. Have never shipped a car previously and Vienna made the process easy peesy??!! Worked with us on price as well as calmed all concerns of shipping our son's car from PA to Colorado Springs as he is now stationed at Fort Carson. Vienna was always pleasant and accommodating during my frequent calls and questions. She set us up with a wonderful local old shipping company and they were very respectful upon pick up and delivery of our car!! My overall impression of this process way exceeded my expectations!! Thanks again to Vienna and MMD LLC in MD for taking all the fear out of this process....and My son is enjoying having his car back??
