I recently moved from Massachusetts to Florida and i’ll be honest i was very apprehensive and felt like i couldn’t trust anyone. Im not new to having cars transported as I've done it plenty of times but its been used cars I’ve bought at auction and I hadn’t put my personal touches on them yet and had no love and attachment yet but these cars are different. Anyways i gotta say Crystal Transportation and their star Michael Houston changed all that. I’ll be honest dealing with me isn’t easy as I'm super picky particular, i ask a lot of questions and I'm cynical but Michael had all the right answers and had a great deal of patience….honestly I'm surprised he didn’t say listen sir I'm all set why don’t you call another company. Michael was very patient, very respectful very understanding and very helpful from beginning to end. As far as the actual service they contracted a great transport company with an outstanding driver, i wish I could mention them but i dont think i can since Crystal is a broker if you will so their not gonna want someone reading this and bypassing them and calling the transport Company. Anyway the truck driver that actually transported my cars took the time to unload everything he was carrying just to position my two cars somewhere on his truck that they would have to be unloaded and repositioned anywhere between Massachusetts and Florida (shout out to Rodrigo) Seamless transport all the way and delivered right to my door!
