when i talked to sales they promised one week delivery,it has been tree weeks and counting, when i called customer service. they couldnt tell me when or where my car was going to be delivered.das sold me on the idea that although they are not the cheapest, they dont use a middle man and their customer service is the best. I transport cars on a regular basis, ive used a dozen different companies that use a middle man. Service was far better than what I have received with das global transport. The longest Ive ever had to wait for a vehicle is 10 days. I was told by that company to expect a week to 10 days. There are plenty of companies that are cheaper than das with far better customer service.
