It's unfortunate that it was slightly delayed, but it is great to hear that the Carrier was clean and professional. Due to the nature of the business we are in, delays may occur. That is why we stress the 1-5 day window. Guaranteeing that a vehicle will ship the same day will only cause customers to lose faith in us as a choice of transport.
