Thank you Danielle for the successful transport of our new 2016 Cadillac ELR. As you know we were apprehensive because of a bad experience with another transport company a few years ago, and you managed our anxiety as well as finding the right transport company to do the job. Our Cadillac arrived in perfect condition, on time, within a week of contacting you (during the New Years Weekend) and Dmitry from PHL Transport was great as well. Dmitry always answered calls or texts, kept us informed of his drop/pickup schedule so we were in the loop all the time and not guessing.
We will certainly call or recommend DIY Transport, PHL Transport and you as well in the future for your excellent customer service.
