When I initially went on the internet to obtain the cost of shipping one of my cars I never expected to get replies from almost 30 different brokers most of whom continued to contact me by both e-mail and telephone daily over a 3 week period with prices that varied all over the place. I picked DYI because they did not annoy me night and day and they seemed to quote a reasonable price and their Broker's fee would be charged to my credit card ONLY when a specific carrier had been identified and had agreed to transport the car.
On the scheduled pick up date I called the original carrier only to find that his truck had broken down and he would not be able to transport my car...I called the Broker who arranged for a new carrier ,ADF Car Haulers of Worcester,MA. and they picked up my car 90 minutes later. ADF Haulers were very professional and kept in touch by cell phone with my representative at the delivery location..The car was delivered without damage and on schedule.
Both DYI the Broker and ADF Car Haulers made this transport a positive experience. I recommend them without any reservation whatsoever..
