I dealt with transport companies before, my experience always terrible. Whether its the company, or the carrier they provide, there's always a problem. I called Omar and shared with him my disgust (kind of feel bad thinking about it) of the trade. He calmed me down and told me what he could offer. He was very informative and when he couldn't be reached he gave me the number of on duty supervisor Ness (who was very nice as well). From Booking, I only waited 24hrs for my dispatch info. From there they gave me the number of my driver (Dave) who i was expecting to be like the rest of the drivers I've dealt with in the past. He wasn't at all, he was very nice. Told me to feel free to call him at anytime. I didn't even need to, Omar was quite on top of everything from pick up to drop off. I do moves like this all the time because I'm a model agent. Not only would i use DIY again but i plan on it. Definitley a top notch company!
