They simplified a very complex process by whittling down the competition (who can be very deceiving by promising one thing, but giving another just to make the sale), then they actually discounted their brokerage fee to appease a driver that wanted more than they originally quoted. Ultimately I have my van, but it was two days after the original date proposed for the same total amount. Great people to talk with- especially Scott. There needs to be more truth in verbal statements (contracts) and less blame placing all around in this process. Promise less, give more. Be realistic in cost and time estimates. I know it is easier said than done.

I'm very happy to have my van back in any event.
