Unfortunately, DIY did not have accurate information on when the car would arrive in CA for pickup to CO. I thus made a plane reservation to meet car which was now a week too soon and had to rent a car for 6 days instead of 1. However, DIY did everything they could to then expedite the delivery and continued to communicate with me. In the end, I felt their customer service and honesty warranted another move for us! They will be moving our truck from Hawaii to Colorado again in October since I believe they will do the best job and I do highly recommend them!
