Gail from DIY was fantastic, she did an excellent job coordinating everything, even when plans out of our control changed last minute. She followed up and found an amazing carrier. The price was excellent and the quality of the carrier was outstanding. Rarely am I shocked at customer service, but this was my fourth vehicle I transported and by far head and shoulders above anyone else I have dealt with. I can't say enough about Gail and how well she took care of all the details and the special needs of this particular vehicle. Thank you!
