It was 1st time I used DIY Transport. I was hesitant, but after talking to our customer rep Nathan I felt comfortable. The whole process went smooth. Ultra Fast Carrier that DIY Transport used was also good, Ricardo the driver was courteous. I would surely use DIY Transport the next time. was able to text Ricardo in between and he promptly responded assuring that the car is in safe hands.
