Hello Brandon, your order was placed with us on September 22nd in our priority shipping program which is a 5 day window. Your order was dispatched on the 22nd for pickup on the 25th. The company we dispatched to, MV Transport called the morning they were scheduled to pickup stating that they needed to cancel due to the driver being sick with pneumonia. We relisted your vehicle for pickup asap, you did not give us the opportunity to make things right and find another carrier to pickup your vehicle as soon as possible. You insisted on canceling your order and even though you were still within the 5 day window agreed upon per your signed contract. We cancelled your order and refunded you in full on October 3rd, after the accounting department reviewed your file and waived the $75 cancellation fee even though you were still within your agreed upon window. We sent you a copy of the refund receipt to your email address. We cannot control the time it takes for your bank to put the funds back into your account but the funds have been deducted from us since October 3rd.
